Complaints procedure
We aim to always provide the highest quality education and care for all the children. Our intention is to work in partnership with families and the community and we welcome suggestions on how to improve our service at any time.
We anticipate that most concerns will be resolved quickly by an informal approach to the Preschool manager. If the complaint concerns the manager the matter should be raised to the committee chairperson, please ask any member of staff for their contact information. If this informal approach proves unsatisfactory we have a set procedure for dealing with concerns and complaints, please ask to see our complaints procedure.
All complaints are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
